What this app is
SimpleSlotz is a free social casino game for iPhone and iPad. It is for entertainment only.
There is no real-money gambling in SimpleSlotz. You cannot bet money, you cannot win money, and nothing in the game can be exchanged for money, goods or prizes of any kind.
By downloading or using SimpleSlotz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please delete the app.
Age
SimpleSlotz is rated 17+ and is intended for adults. It simulates gambling, so it is not directed at children and you should not use it if you are under 17.
Practice or success at a social casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Coins and other in-game items
Coins, tickets, boosters, collectibles, levels and every other item in SimpleSlotz are a licence to use a feature of the game. They are not your property and they are not currency.
- They have no cash value.
- They cannot be sold, transferred, traded, withdrawn or redeemed for anything outside the game.
- They exist only on your own device. We run no servers and hold no account for you, so there is no balance anywhere else to restore from.
- Deleting the app deletes them. Resetting progress inside the app deletes them. Neither is reversible and neither is refundable.
We may change how much anything costs or pays, add features, remove features, or stop publishing the app entirely.
Purchases
Coin packs and the piggy-bank unlock are sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple takes the payment; we never see your card or account details. Apple's own terms and privacy policy govern the transaction.
Every item sold is a consumable: it is spent when it is granted and it is not restorable to a new device. There is no "restore purchases" for consumables and Apple does not provide one.
Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices are set by Apple in your local currency and shown to you by the App Store before you confirm.
Advertising
The game is free because it shows ads, served by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and rewarded: you choose to watch them for coins, and nothing plays unless you tap to watch.
What Google receives, and the choices you have — including App Tracking Transparency and, in Europe, the consent screen — are described in the privacy policy.
Fair play
The outcome of every spin and every bonus round is decided by the game's random number generator before anything is drawn on screen. Nothing you tap during an animation changes what a spin pays.
Do not modify the app, tamper with its saved data, or use tools to alter outcomes or balances. Doing so breaks the game rather than beating it, and we are not obliged to restore anything lost that way.
Your data
SimpleSlotz keeps your progress on your device. It has no accounts and no sign-in. What the app and its two third-party SDKs collect, and what you can turn off, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
SimpleSlotz is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every country.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost coins, lost progress, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
