Overview
SimpleSlotz is a free social slots game for iPhone and iPad. It has no accounts and no servers of its own: your coins and progress live on your device.
The only third parties that receive data are Google AdMob, which serves the ads that keep the game free, and Apple, which processes in-app purchases. Everything below explains what each of them sees and the choices you have.
Contact
Questions or requests about your data: Business@joemet123.com. Put "SimpleSlotz" in the subject and you will have a reply within 30 days. Joemet123 LLC is the data controller for this app.
What the app stores on your device
Your coin balance, level, collections, settings, chosen name and avatar are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them. The game does not ask you to sign in and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
SimpleSlotz shows banner ads and optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google's software in the app may collect:
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks;
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system and language;
- which ads were shown, viewed, clicked or watched to completion;
- diagnostic and performance information about ad delivery.
Google uses this data to serve ads, to measure their performance, to detect fraud and, where you have consented, to personalise the ads you see. Google may share it with its advertising partners. How Google handles this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Tracking and your choices
On first launch, iOS asks whether SimpleSlotz may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the advertising identifier is not shared and you see non-personalised ads. The game plays exactly the same either way. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent screen appears before any ad is requested. You can decline personalised advertising there and change your choice later from the same screen when it is shown again.
Rewarded ads are always optional. You choose to watch them in exchange for in-game coins; nothing plays unless you tap to watch.
In-app purchases (Apple)
Coin packs are sold through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment and holds your payment details; SimpleSlotz never sees your card or account information. The app receives only a confirmation that a purchase completed, which it uses to add coins to your balance on your device. Purchases are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and the App Store terms.
Coins are for play only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred, and are not refundable except as Apple's policies provide.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules a local reminder on your device when a timed bonus is ready. These reminders are generated on the device and involve no server and no data leaving your phone.
Children
SimpleSlotz contains simulated gambling and is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 17, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Ads are requested without child-directed treatment.
Your rights
Because the app keeps your game data only on your device, you control it directly: deleting the app removes it. For data processed by Google AdMob, you can withdraw consent to personalised ads through the tracking setting and, in Europe, the consent screen described above, and you can exercise your rights with Google as described in its privacy policy. If you live in a region with data protection rights such as access, correction or deletion, contact us at the address above and we will help.
Security and retention
We do not operate servers that hold your data, so there is nothing for us to retain. Google retains advertising data under its own policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
