Overview
Meatbawl City is a driving game: a city to cruise, race and explore, with landmarks and mini-games for the developer's other apps. It does not collect any data about you. None at all.
The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party software of any kind. It has no networking code: nothing you do in the game is sent anywhere. Everything below says precisely what that means.
Contact
Questions or requests about your data: Business@joemet123.com. Put "Meatbawl City" in the subject and you will have a reply within 30 days. Joemet123 LLC is the data controller for this app.
What is collected
Nothing. The game does not ask for your name, your email address, your location, your contacts, your photos, or your microphone or camera. It runs no analytics and shows no advertising. Steering by tilting the phone uses the motion sensors on the device, and those readings are used for steering only and never stored or sent.
What leaves the device
Nothing from you. Meatbawl City makes no requests to any server, including the developer's own, and plays the same with the device in aeroplane mode. Some landmarks and the More Apps list have a button that opens the developer's other apps on the App Store; tapping one hands you to Apple's App Store, under Apple's Privacy Policy. The game itself sends nothing when you do.
The performance report
To help keep the game smooth, Meatbawl City keeps a short technical log on the device while you drive: frame rate, graphics level, the device's temperature state, memory use, the area of the city and similar measurements. It contains no personal information, is limited to a few megabytes (roughly the last few hours of driving), and stays on your device. It only leaves the device if you choose to send it, with Settings → Share performance report, which opens the standard share sheet so you pick where it goes.
Diagnostics from Apple
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give the developer anonymous crash reports and performance statistics for the game. This is Apple's service, controlled by that setting and covered by Apple's Privacy Policy; the developer cannot identify you from it.
Purchases
There are none. Meatbawl City has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no paid content. Cars and stamps are earned by playing.
What is stored, and where
Only your settings, your progress and the performance log described above, all in the app's own storage on the device: your choices in Settings (graphics level, weather, time of day, steering, units and the like), the passport stamps you have collected and the cars you have unlocked. Nothing is uploaded. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Children
Meatbawl City is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age. The only links out of the game open the App Store pages of the developer's other apps.
Your rights
Because the game holds nothing about you on our side, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. If you sent us a performance report or an email and want it deleted, write to the address above and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
